Amy Worcester spent the first half of her childhood in a small west Texas farming community of Muleshoe and later moved to the city where she learned to retreat and hide from the world in books. Books were an escape from the trials and tribulations of teenage life, but also a place where she learned the power of imagination. She continued to read and started to play around with short stories in college and young adulthood. She put that on hold when she met the love of her life, and they raised their son. She put all her energy into giving him the best childhood and now that he is grown, she has begun to write again hoping that her stories offer solace and escape from your everyday life. Currently, Amy lives in Greenville, Texas, with her husband, their son, small pack of dogs, a colony of honeybees and a growing collection of tiaras.
