The Dallas Public Library serves as the lead partner along with many community supporters and sponsors to continue the tradition of celebrating reading and the importance of literacy. Special thanks to former Councilmember Carolyn R. Davis for her years of dedication and continued support of this event. Learn more about the programs here: https://tulisoma.org
