The Lone Star Festival is back for its 5th year—and bigger than ever. In 2026, we’re bringing Texas authors, artists, and musicians together in Austin for a full weekend of books, music, and creative energy.

Vendor Information for Authors & Creatives
We are now accepting $50 non-refundable deposits to secure your vendor space for the two-day festival (during the June 5–7 weekend).
- Total vendor fee: $255
- Deposit due now: $50 (non-refundable, applied to your balance)
- Remaining balance due: May 1, 2026
BONUS FOR AUTHORS:
All author vendors will be included in the World Record events at NO additional cost.
Your deposit:
- Locks in the current, low vendor fee of $255 (fees are expected to increase).
- Guarantees inclusion in our pre-festival promotion and website listings once we have your materials.
How to Reserve Your Space
You have two payment options:
- Make your $50 reservation deposit
Use our payment link to pay your $50 deposit via PayPal, credit card, or debit card (extended payment options are available where offered by the processor). - Pay the full $255 vendor fee now
Use the full-payment option, which includes a “Pay Later” feature to help spread out your payments if needed.
After you make your payment, please email the following to
- Author’s name
- Short bio
- Author photo (print/web quality)
- A direct link where readers can purchase your book(s)
Once we receive both your payment and your email, we will:
- Confirm your reservation via email
- Add you to the Lone Star Festival website as a confirmed vendor

The Lone Star Festival is a rain-or-shine event. There are no refunds of any type. - Non-Profit Support:
All vendor registration funds are treated as donations supporting the
Texas Authors Institute of History, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Austin, Texas. - Subject to Change:
Details above are subject to change without notice. However, your deposit guarantees your vendor fee will remain at $255 as stated above, even if prices increase later.
